Squishy Superstore ("we", "us", "our") is an online-only retailer of squishy and fidget toys. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Like most websites, we receive limited technical information when you visit — such as your browser type and general usage of our pages — which helps us keep the store working smoothly and understand which products people are interested in.

We never see or store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider. When you check out, you enter your payment details on Stripe's secure checkout page, and Stripe shares only the information we need to confirm and fulfil your order.

We use your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits, so you don't lose your squishies if you close the tab. This information stays in your browser and is not shared with third parties.

You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it will empty your cart.

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the store:

• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking
• Email and hosting providers — to send order emails and run our website

We never sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

Our store is designed to be family-friendly, but it is intended to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and secure, PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and limit what we collect in the first place.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
