These Terms of Service govern your use of the Squishy Superstore website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Squishy Superstore is an online-only retailer of squishy and fidget toys. We do not operate a physical shop, and we do not offer in-person collection or walk-in sales. All orders are placed through this website and delivered to the shipping address you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, and to keep your account and payment details secure.

We do our best to describe every product accurately, including colour, size and how it feels. Product photography is for illustration, and slight variations in colour can occur between screens. All products are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or change a product at any time.

All prices are shown in US dollars. We aim to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is only dispatched once payment has been authorised and confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 7-12 business days. Full details, including costs, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. The conditions and the full process are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Promotional codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, and have no cash value. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use our store for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy or resell our content or product listings without permission
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse our returns process

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, imagery, logos and design — belongs to Squishy Superstore or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our toys are intended for children aged 3 and over and are not suitable for children who still put objects in their mouths. Please read any guidance on the individual product page and supervise young children at play.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions are entirely free of inaccuracy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squishy Superstore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our store. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
