Shipping Policy

We pack and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 7-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be extended by carrier delays, severe weather or busy holiday periods.

• Free shipping on all orders over $35.
• A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders of $35 or less.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are an online-only store, so there is no local pickup or collection option available.

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch, and you can always contact us with your order number if you need an update.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct an address before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel is in transit we are unable to redirect it.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us at support@squishysuperstore.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

We ship within the United States, so no customs or import duties apply to domestic orders.
